We were in Vienna last week at this year’s IIID Vision Plus Conference, which focused on the theme of Healthcare. We were delighted to share our experience of applying our research findings and design approach to instructions for a test for viral flu. Most importantly, this was a good opportunity to share our toolkit, and discuss common challenges and opportunities for improving the access to simple and actionable health information.
