Working with our creative partner, we produced an animated version of the instructions to carry out a COVID-19 test using a lateral flow test. Research has shown that animation is an effective way to enhance visual explanations. These diagrams illustrate one way of explaining the COVID test procedure by way of combining simple words, clear diagrams and animation.
The individual animations will be included in a set of resources that will be freely available.
