What is the project about?
The project delivers leadership development to women in Higher Education in Ukraine. Our research explores how to strengthen women’s leadership and career development in Ukrainian higher education. We use a mix of research methods, collaboration, and sector engagement to create evidence that informs real change.
Who is running the project?
The project is a collaboration between the University of Reading and the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine. The PI is Professor Sarah Cardy, School of Agriculture, UoR, Co-I’s – Dr Karen Jones, IOE, UoR, Professor Yuliia Nehoda, Director of the Scientific and Educational Institute of Lifelong Learning, National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, Dr. Oleksandr Labenko, Vice-Rector for Internationalisation at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine.
