A street has been purchased and renovated by a developer. This is located on the boundary of the older housing and the site of mass demolition, where now new housing is being built.

A project bringing community gardening to the shared spaces between the houses. It has been described as no longer working because of the transient population and very few people committed to maintaining the spaces.
