Dr Roy delivered a plenary talk recently at the First Capiz Fisheries Summit Sep 19-21, 2024, on the invitation of Capiz Provincial Government in the Philippines. It was a great opportunity to engage in enriching discussions with the local fish farmers, understanding the challenges they face, and to participate in fruitful meetings with various stakeholders.
