Email lists

All staff and students in the Met department are automatically put into the relevant email lists. NOTE: these lists are in the process of being reviewed and/or renewed. We are aiming to keep this page updated regularly with the correct email address to use in each case.

Updates or Changes to the Lists

Any updates to lists such as changes in titles should be directed to the ITS service desk. Any University user can request to have a new email list created. Simply fill out the online form.

Staff/Visitors Leaving

Staff and visitors leaving the department will be automatically removed from lists on their departure when their email/account is closed. However, university email addresses can be extended to allow for collaborative research to continue: email its-help@reading.ac.uk to request an extension.
