Our department’s Dr Georgina Holmes and her colleague Dr David Duriesmith from the University of Queensland Australia recently had an article published in Security Dialogue exploring how Rwanda’s Security Sector Reform programme redefines Rwandan military masculinities in the post-genocide era.
