Talk Description:
Sensory experiences are often framed as sources of challenge for Autistic people, but they can also be rich, joyful, and deeply meaningful. In this talk, Keren will talk about recent research that highlights these often complex and contextual experiences, from the power of live music to the restorative qualities of nature, and how this work informs how we can remove barriers to make spaces more sensory-inclusive.
