This recent CTA Spore blog post describes PICSA’s contribution to boosting rural resilience in Rwanda. The author, Sam Price explains the Rwanda Climate Services for Agriculture (RCSA) project in Rwanda, and includes how PICSA fits into it. The article states that PICSA is useful for communicating climate information with farmers, and also reports that 75,000 farmers have been trained in the PICSA approach.
