Work has started on implementing PICSA in Belize. This week Peter Dorward has been in Belize, learning about the country’s agriculture systems in field visits and meetings with representatives from the Belize Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security, and Enterprise, the National Meteorological Service, and the Caribbean Institute for Meteorology and Hydrology.
