CCAFS marked World Development Information Day by highlighting work including the Rwanda Climate Smart Agriculture (Rwanda CSA) project in which PICSA played a crucial role. Rwanda CSA has trained more than 100,000 farmers in PICSA and won a prestigious Climate Smart Agriculture Project of the Year award in 2018. This connects farmers with climate information in a useful and usable way that helps them to make more informed plans and decisions to deal with climate variability and change.
