Professor Chris Hilson presented a paper, ‘Populism, Air Pollution and the Indian Supreme Court’, at the Transnational Law Institute at King’s College London, as part of the seminar, ‘Poisoned Air: Are Courts the Antidote?’, 6 March 2020. His paper addressed the justice implications of the relevant Indian Supreme Court cases, which are important for climate change as well as to local air pollution.
