If your NX session is not responding you can terminate it yourself using the NoMachine Enterprise Client. Terminate the stuck session by disconnecting from nx.rdg.ac.uk and then reconnecting again. To do this, login to nx.rdg.ac.uk, but instead of connecting to your desktop, right click on the icon and select ‘terminate session’ as below.
