Phoenix Byrne

I am a research technician in the CINN Pain Lab, where my work sits at the intersection of experimental pain, emotion, and neuroimaging. I hold particular interests in the neurobiological mechanisms underlying chronic pain and reward, alongside a broader interest in mixed methodology. In my role, I manage and maintain specialised experimental pain equipment and its integration with fMRI, supporting the full arc of studies from setup through to data analysis.
