Researchers at the School of Psychology at the University of Reading are interested in investigating the effects of vegetable-enhanced cup-a-soups in improving your memory and mood. If you are healthy, aged between 65-80 years old, non-smoker, not vegan/vegeterarian or suffering from food allergies, then you might be able to help us discover whether certain nutrients can produce neurocognitive benefits.
