This year's edition of Reading Emotions will explore how we measure and understand the fluctuations in neural and psychological components of thought and behaviour, across development and through the course of disorder. The two-day symposium will be held in a hybrid format at the beautiful Whiteknights Campus at the University of Reading from 15-16 June and will include:
- Keynote lectures by world-leading academics examining central themes and latest developments in theory, methods, and application
- Short talks by early career researchers presenting ongoing work within the field
- Poster presentations facilitating the informal exchange of ideas, with opportunities for feedback and collaboration
- Training workshops to address empirical and theoretical aspects of the challenge of fluctuation and change
This years invited speakers include:
- Eiko Fried (Leiden University)
- Rogier Kievit (Donders Institute, Radboud University Nijmegen)
- David Lydon-Staley (University of Pennsylvania)
- Argyris Stringaris (University College London)
- Patrik Vuilleumier (University of Geneva)
