Huracán is coordinated by its Principal Investigator and Project Manager, and each of the four work packages is overseen by at least three Leads, who represent both UK and US institutions, which ensures broad expertise across work packages. Project scientists (Co-Investigators and PDRAs) are members of a work package, but are active across work packages.
