Nation of Refuge

Nation of Refuge is a 4-year Research and Public Engagement Project to Understand and Reimagine Britain’s Relationship with Refugees

“Too often, asylum-seeking in Britain is seen as an isolated issue, removed from its historical context and global connections. Our project seeks to change that by joining the dots between refugee movements to Britain from around the world over the last 100 years, exploring British reactions at each stage.
