This survey forms part of a research study within Food and Nutritional Sciences at the University of Reading.
The aim is to investigate consumer perception of insect-based food products.

You will be asked a series of questions about your food preferences and opinions on insect-based food products, followed by demographic questions including age and gender. The survey will take around 10 minutes to complete.
We are interested in your opinions and food preferences so there are no right or wrong answers. You do not have to answer any questions that you do not want to, and you may stop completing the questions at any time if you do not wish to proceed. Once you have completed the survey, you will not be required to do anything else.
