Accommodation

A number of en-suite accommodation rooms have been reserved for conference attendees on the University of Reading’s Whiteknights Campus.

Accommodation on the University of Reading Whiteknights campus is available to book along with your conference attendance from Monday 3rd July up to and including Thursday 6th July on the main conference online registration page. Bed and breakfast accommodation is available for the reduced rate of £68 per night in halls accommodation. The accommodation consists of premium ensuite halls bedrooms in close proximity to the conference location.

Anyone who wishes to arrange pre and post conference accommodation i.e. Saturday 1st July, Sunday 2nd July or Friday 7th July, can book to stay via the separate link that will be shared once you have booked the main conference accommodation. If you book the additional nights, you will remain in the same room throughout and not need to move. Please note, the additional nights are a slightly higher rate due to the VAT that needs to be charged for the additional nights (VAT not applicable for the conference days).

Rooms are also available to book at the Cedars Hotel which is the University’s campus hotel, however these rooms are only available from Monday 3rd July, checking out on the last day of the conference, so if accommodation is required for pre and post conference, you need to opt for the premium ensuite halls accommodation.

Any questions regarding accommodation should be directed to Venue Reading: registration@venuereading.com

Alternatively, Reading’s town centre boasts a number of accommodation options.
