The main conference will be held in the Palmer Building.
For the two optional events, the conference dinner will be in the Meadow Suite in Park House, and the Early Career Researcher Event will be in the Department of Meteorology in the Brian Hoskins Building.
On campus accommodation options comprise the Cedars Hotel and Stenton Halls.
The University of Reading campus is cashless in all University catering outlets, including the Meadow Suite bar where the conference dinner will take place. When purchasing drinks at the bar whilst attending the conference dinner, you will need to use a credit or debit card to purchase your drinks.
The Co-op grocery store is the only facility on campus that accepts cash. There is a cash point / ATM on the Whiteknights campus. The Barclays cash machine is located below the Cedar Hotel next to the Co-op.
