About me

Research area: Tackling health inequalities and social determinants of health, particularly through developing a food system that enables everyone to access a culturally appropriate, healthy, sustainable, affordable and enjoyable diet. Also to improve the quality (nutritional value, appearance, flavour and shelf life) of horticultural crops to support consumers to make healthy dietary choices.
