About me
My research interests include: (1) understanding affective and cognitive impairments (as well as their neural and biological manifestations) associated with poor mental health (e.g., anxiety, stress…etc.) and lifestyle factors (e.g., poor diet, poor sleep…etc.) and (2) improving these impairments by using non-pharmacological (mainly dietary) approaches across different age groups and conditions.
