About me

I study the perception of 3D space in moving observers. My group collaborate with computer vision researchers who generate representations of 3D space using the images from moving cameras. We have a particular interest in the new types of representation that are built up through deep reinforcement learning. We test participants in immersive virtual reality so that we can manipulate 3D environments as participants navigate and carry out spatial tasks.
