A randomised controlled trial to investigate the cognitive, mood, anti-inflammatory and metabolic effects of a vegetable powder intervention in older adults (OYSCOG).

Researchers at the School of Psychology at the University of Reading are interested in investigating the effects of a freeze-dried vegetable powder in improving your memory and mood.

If you are healthy, aged between 60-80 years old, non-smoker, not vegan/vegeterarian or suffering from food allergies, then you might be able to help us discover whether certain nutrients can produce neurocognitive benefits.

If you’re interested participating in this study, please provide your contact details below and a researcher will be in contact with you.
