How to Find Us
The AnDY Clinic is now fully based in the Harry Pitt Building, University of Reading and this is where all of our clinical assessments take place.
There are designated parking spaces outside the main entrance.
On arrival please ask at reception for a parking permit and take a seat by the AnDY banner in the entrance foyer and someone will come down to collect you for your appointment.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT REFERRALS TO THE CLINIC DIRECTLY
Referrals for young people experiencing issues with anxiety or depression should be directed to the Common Point of Entry (CPE) for Berkshire Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). CPE will also only accept referrals from families living within Berkshire.

WE ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE URGENT CARE
If you need urgent help or need to take immediate, emergency action, please consider the following:
- If you or someone else has seriously injured themselves, taken an overdose, or you are worried about your or someone else’s immediate safety call 999 or go directly to A&E.
- If it is not a 999 emergency, but you need urgent mental health support fast, you can call 111 (select ‘mental health’ option) or use the NHS 111 online service OR call the mental health access team on 0300 247 0000. This phone line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
