At AnDY, we know that many people suffer with feelings of worry or low mood, but that people aren't always able to access treatment for these feelings. To try and help young people suffering with mental health difficulties, as well as their parents, teachers and other professionals concerned with mental health, we have compiled a number of resources which provide different types of support for these difficulties. These resources debunk commonly told myths about mental health, provide information about therapy techniques, and tell you how to be a good friend to someone who might be struggling, as well as giving loads of information about what different disorders are, and how to spot their signs.
