Yvonne McMeel has recently joined the team as KIC Partnership Manager, working with Kate Green to support and develop multi-disciplinary collaboration across the University.
Three Post-Doctoral Research Fellows – Ese Omoarukhe, Natalie Masento and Simona Grasso, have also joined the Institute for Food, Nutrition and Health in recent months.
With a diverse range of expertise, including in food processing, nutrition and consumer behaviour, they will be working across a number of EIT Food Education and Communication projects, helping to deliver key objectives. These collaborative projects focus on contemporary issues, including consumer trust and sustainability within the food system, aiming to provide impactful results.
