Great to see the University of Reading participation at the Dairy Council for Northern Ireland online workshop which will take place on 6th September. The webinar will focus on some new developments in nutrition and health for milk and dairy foods.
Associate Professor Sokratis Stergiadis, University of Reading, will showcase “Comparing the nutrient composition of milk, dairy and plant-based alternatives: implications for consumers’ nutrition ”
