About me
I am a lecturer in ISLI working with short courses as the academic lead and convene the Academic Genres and Practices post graduate module on the pre-sessional course.
I am also a IOE doctoral student and am currently exploring leadership processes and practices. My doctorate research focuses on the trajectories, identity, and values of educational leaders from multiple cultural backgrounds, specifically those in complementary and supplementary schools.
